Last Week: 25-12
Season: 193-96
We use the MIAA site for the games, but they don't do much schedule-wise. MaxPreps has the game times, but they also have Marshfield playing two different schools in one night, so you may want to get another source.
Stephen is in Facebook jail this weekend, so the betting falls to Stacey. She is 24-13 this season.
PLAYOFFS
11/9 7pm
Hingham at: Duxbury High School
Duxbury is known as the Green Dragons because the school is off St. George Street. Duxbury snuffed Hingham once already this year, and should do so again.
Deluxebury, 21-14
11/9 7pm
Milton at: Dighton-Rehoboth High School
Once a year, just to be fair, the team should go by a Rehoboth-Dighton nom de guerre.
DR, 17-16
11/9 7pm
Canton at: Scituate High School
In order to prevent Scituate from doing any Spygate stuff, Canton does all of their play calls in Cantonese. It doesn't help, as Scituate is averaging 42 points a game in the playoffs.
Scituate, 24-21
11/9 7pm
Ashland at: Old Rochester High School
Tough call here. My friend teaches at Ashland High, but ORR is undefeated.
OR, 13-10
11/8 7pm
Cohasset at: Abington High School
Cohasset beat- no, whipped- Mashpee, who hadn't lost since we had a black President. Mashpee beat Abington... but Abington beat Cohasset earlier this season. This is why I get the big bucks, people.
Cohasset, 37-35
11/9 7pm
Coyle & Cassidy at: West Bridgewater High School
Coyle & Cassidy sounds like one of those sensitive 1970s soft rock bands.
The WB, 21-17
NON PLAYOFFS
Medfield @ Cardinal Spellman
I'm actually related to the Spellmans, so I chose them (us).
Spellman, 17-10
GNBVT @ Seekonk
10 yard penalty for too many initials.
Seekonk, 9-6
Holbrook/Avon @ Atlantis Charter
The Avon cheerleaders consistently have the best makeup in the MIAA.
H/A, 12-10
Stoughton @ Plymouth North
Prepare yourself now, because we've already written 2500 words on how we think that the Plymouth Thanksgiving parade/game should be nationally televised. We publish this the Wednesday before Turkey Day.
PN, 27-14
Attleboro @ Bishop Feehan
Battle Bro tries and fails to beat the Bishop.
BFF, 24-20
Middleboro @ Somerset/Berkley
Somerset-Berkley sounds like a hedge fund.
SB, 20-12
New Bedford @ Brookline
B is a decade removed from their 0-11 season under the Cawthorne brothers, but the stink remains.
New Beffuh, 37-14
Dartmouth @ Bishop Stang
I'm out of jokes... time to smoke up some of this Training Day weed.
Stang, 14-13
Monomoy @ Sandwich
I believe the "Shark Sandwich" was a Spinal Tap album.
Sandwich, 17-14
Diman @ Hull
Diman tuned up our beloved Bourne, and Hull looks like the next clown out of the car.
Diman, 10-9
Falmouth @ Holliston
Falmouth had their playoff hopes dashed, and will take it out on Holliston.
Falmouth, 20-7
Durfee @ Oliver Ames
Ollie needs a win, and we are very anti-Durfee.
OA, 21-6
Cape Cod Tech @ Bourne
Props to Coach Heidi and the BHS cheerleaders.
Bourne, 38-13
Wareham @ Carver
"80 proof Absolut, mixed with cranberry fruit juice with the ginseng boost..."
Wareham, 13-12
Case @ Apponequet
Apponequet should add a "te" to the school name, and try to pass themselves off as French.
Appo, 21-20
Bristol Plymouth @ Martha's Vineyard
Should be a nice ferry trip with these winds.
Martha, 17-14
Southeastern V.T. @ South Shore
South Shore is actually to the southeast of Southeastern.
SS, 15-14
Pembroke @ Quincy
Pembroke deserves a W.
P, 10-9
Hanover @ Silver Lake
Bettin' against the Home Dog.
Hangover, 14-10
Brockton @ Barnstable
Brockton, 27-26
Taunton @ Newton North
Never date a Taunton girl, kids...
NN, 38-0
North Quincy @ Marshfield
This Duxbury alum is not pleased to see Marsh Vegas rounding into form as the Thanksgiving game approaches... especially since they will most likely be playing the Green Dragon JV.
Vegas, 36-18
Norton @ Norwell
The MIAA is using an abecedarian schedule maker. Winner gets Northboro.
Norwell, 7-6
Medway @ East Bridgewater
The Japanese owned Medway until we bled out 5000 Marines taking it... wait, what?
EB, 20-19
Hopkinton @ Plymouth South
Plymouth schools get superpowers as Thanksgiving nears.
PN, 31-24
